Earlier this month, IACA delivered a tailor-made training in Romania for the Austrian timber company Holzindustrie Schweighofer. The purpose of the programme was to support the company, which has recently adopted a new code of conduct across the whole organisation, in advancing its core values and rules.

A delegation from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretariat based in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as accompanied by representatives of its Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations in Vienna visited IACA’s campus on 23 January 2019 to learn about IACA’s work related to anti-corruption education and training.

On 21 January 2019, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, H.E. Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, visited IACA and addressed the Special Event co-organized by IACA and the Embassy and Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the International Organizations in Vienna on ‘Fighting Corruption in Malaysia: Achievements, Challenges & Perspectives’. Representatives of the diplomatic corps and international organizations based in Vienna, officials of the host country as well as IACA Alumni and staff participated in the event.

A delegation from the Islamic Republic of Iran visited IACA’s campus on 22 January 2019 to learn more about IACA’s work in empowering anti-corruption and compliance professionals around the world and to explore opportunities for enhancing cooperation with the organization in the areas of anti-corruption, compliance, and education.
