IACA’s worldwide alumni network consists of students and participants who have successfully completed one of the Academy’s academic degree programmes, open trainings, or tailor- made activities. By the end of 2020, the network had grown to include about 3,700 anti- corruption and compliance professionals from close to 170 countries and jurisdictions.

VIRTUAL ALUMNI REUNION Spring 2021

The eighth annual Alumni Reunion took place virtually in the last week of May 2021, boasting participation of alumni from all over the world. The programme featured interactive lectures by experts, including Mr. Robert Klitgaard on the importance of anti-corruption education, Mr. Chris Yukins and Mr. Max Kaiser on procurement anti-corruption, Ms. Elena Helmer on SMEs and Compliance, Mr. Andrew Blasi on integrity in the data supply chain, Ms. Maija Burtmanis on the evolution of compliance, and Mr. Gerhard Levy on tax compliance and corruption, Mr. Pawan Kumar Sinha on the link between anti-corruption and technology, Ms. Anne Aurore Bertrand from the Wildlife Justice Commission (WJC) on corruption in wildlife trafficking, Ms. Ines Schjolberg Marques on the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EiTI). The reunion also included an open day with IACA alumni, faculty and staff for prospective IACA participants and students.
