On 11 November, H.E. Ms. Talya Lador-Fresher, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the State of Israel to the International Organizations in Vienna, presented her credentials to Martin Kreutner, Dean and Executive Secretary of IACA.

Israel ratified the Agreement for the Establishment of IACA as an International Organization in September 2012. An Israeli expert also sits on IACA’s Board of Governors, serving in his individual capacity.
