IACA Held Second Tailor-Made Training for Korean Auditors

From 21 to 24 October IACA hosted the second Anti-Corruption Training for the Korea Council of Public Organizations Internal Auditors, bringing together a total of 36 audit specialists from different public organizations from the Republic of Korea.

Participants attended sessions delivered by experts from both IACA and external organizations at the Academy’s campus in Laxenburg. The topics of the lectures included corruption and social trust, effective public sector auditing, as well as fraud detection and investigations. As part of the programme, the group also visited the Vienna International Centre (VIC), where it attended a special lecture at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), as well as the Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (BAK).
