The first meeting of IACA’s Board of Governors for 2022 was held was held on Tuesday, May 10 in a hybrid format in Laxenburg, Austria and online.

The Board elected H.E. Ms Patricia Ximena Arriagada-Villouta as the new Chairperson. She is taking over this position from Mr. Alexey Konov. Moreover, Mr. Mathias Vogl has replaced Mr. Yong Guo as Vice-Chairperson of the Board. Members serve in their individual capacity and come from all regions of the globe.

In his opening speech, Mr. Thomas Stelzer, Dean and Executive Secretary of the Academy, stressed the importance of the fight against corruption in all its forms as globally unifying political cause.
