On 27 June 2022, a delegation of the Jordanian Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) led by Dr. Muhannad Hejazy, Chairman of the JIACC, visited IACA’s campus to learn about the Academy’s work related to anti-corruption education and their capacity building activities. The visit to IACA was part of the EU twinning project “Support the Jordanian Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission in the Fields of Integrity and Corruption Prevention.”

The delegation was comprised of Mr. Sami Issa Musa Al-Salaita, Member of the Board of the JIACC and Project Leader Counterpart, Dr. Kholoud Aloran, Head of International Cooperation Unit and RTA Counterpart, and Ms. Hala Al Abdallat, Resident Twinning Advice assistant. They were also accompanied by Mr. Gerhard Levy, IACA’s former visiting lecturer and Co-Project Leader of the EU twinning project.

During the meeting, cooperation opportunities between IACA and JIACC were discussed, particularly in the area of specialized anti-corruption education and training, as well as in research activities.
