On 9 November 2022, H.E. Ms. Maria Michail, the newly appointed Permanent Representative of Cyprus to International Organizations in Vienna, presented her credentials to Mr. Thomas Stelzer, Dean and Executive Secretary of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA). During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on current affairs as well as discussed possible avenues of further collaboration between Cyprus and the Academy, particularly focusing on the IACA’s educational opportunities for interested Cypriot authorities. 

Cyprus became a Party to the Agreement for the Establishment of IACA as an International Organization on 18 October 2018.
