H. E. Mr. Song Li, Permanent Representative of the People’s Republic of China to the international organizations in Vienna presented his credentials to Mr. Thomas Stelzer, Dean and Executive Secretary of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA).

China has been a Party to the Agreement for the Establishment of IACA as an International Organization (IACA Agreement) since 2014. The IACA Agreement was ratified on 16 September 2014, and entered into force on 15 November 2014.
