On 4 August, H.E. Mr. Ian David Grainge Biggs, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Australia to International Organizations in Vienna, presented his credentials to Mr. Jaroslaw Pietrusiewicz, Officer-in-Charge of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA). 

During the meeting, both sides exchanged perspectives on current issues and discussed possible avenues for further collaboration between Australia and the Academy.

Australia became a Party to the Agreement for the Establishment of IACA as an International Organization on 17 August 2012.
