On 6 September 2023, a delegation from Honduras visited IACA’s campus to discuss prospects for future collaboration in the fight against corruption.

The Honduran delegation was headed by Mr. Manuel Díaz Galeas, Attorney General of the Republic of Honduras. Mr. Diaz was accompanied by H.E. Ms. Elena Maria Freije Murillo, Permanent Representative to IACA, as well as Senior Officials from the Attorney General’s Officer, the Secretariat for Transparency and Fight against Corruption and the Secretariat of the Presidency.

During the meeting, Ms. Petra Sušac, Officer-in-Charge of IACA, briefed the delegation about its various activities, particularly the Máster en Estudios Anticorrupción y Compliance (MACC), and capacity-building trainings. In return, the Honduran delegation informed IACA about recent institutional developments in the field of anti-corruption in the Republic of Honduras.
