On September 12, H.E. Mr. Asad Alam Siam, Permanent Representative of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the International Organizations in Vienna, presented his credentials to Mr. Jaroslaw Pietrusiewicz, Officer-in-Charge of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA). 

During the meeting, both sides exchanged perspectives on current issues and discussed possible avenues for further collaboration between Bangladesh and the Academy.

Bangladesh became a Party to the Agreement for the Establishment of IACA as an International Organization on 20 November 2018.
