The Anti-Corruption Collective Action Certificate (ACCA) 2024 class was officially launched on April 3, 2024. As the third cohort of ACCA, a select group of 12 participants from diverse backgrounds and regions of the world have been chosen to enhance their knowledge and skills to combat corruption through the design and implementation of Collective Action projects.
Petra Susac, Officer-in-Charge of IACA, welcomed the participants stating that "today marks the beginning of an inspiring journey, as this certificate is a unique opportunity to delve into the complexities of anti-corruption and emerge not only with knowledge, but also with practical tools and a strong network of professionals committed to making a difference".
During the opening session, the new participants had the opportunity to meet the IACA team, some of the ACCA faculty, and alumni from the previous cohort who shared their experiences in the programme. Subsequently, the ACCA 2024 students introduced themselves and their Collective Action project proposals, highlighting the diversity of areas in which there will be tangible results in the fight against corruption.
This program is implemented thanks to the generous contribution of the Siemens Integrity Initiative.
