Siemens Integrity Initiative Representatives Visit IACA

On 4 September 2024, IACA welcomed Ms. Annette Kraus, Chief Compliance Officer and Human Rights Officer of Siemens AG, and Mr. Shawn Teixeira, Head of the Siemens Integrity Initiative, at its campus in Laxenburg. During their visit, they met with IACA’s Dean, Prof. Slagjana Taseva, as well as the Academy’s team responsible for implementing activities for projects funded under the Siemens Integrity Initiative.

A Steering Committee meeting was held during the visit to discuss the project status in line with overall project objectives. The Academy is currently implementing activities under the Third Funding Round of the Siemens Integrity Initiative, which began in February 2020 and is set to conclude in September 2024. Additionally, IACA is implementing a project under the Golden Stretch Funding Round, which started in 2021 and will end in June 2025.

IACA also previously participated in the First (2010) and Second (2014) Funding Rounds under the Siemens Integrity Initiative, through which numerous impactful activities were implemented to support the global fight against corruption.

Siemens has been a long-standing and significant partner of IACA, providing essential support to the Academy’s mission to empower anti-corruption professionals and foster compliance and Collective Action globally. The ongoing collaboration between IACA and Siemens reflects a shared commitment to combatting corruption and promoting integrity worldwide.

The Academy is grateful to Siemens for its continued support in empowering professionals, improving compliance, advancing Collective Action Initiatives, and strengthening its global anti-corruption alumni network.
