On 9 December, the Dean and Executive Secretary of IACA, Prof. Slagjana Taseva, participated in the OSCE Anti-Corruption Conference. In particular, she addressed the panel on “The Importance of Political Will in Fighting Corruption”. In her interventions, the Dean underlined the crucial role of anti-corruption education and capacity building programmes in enhancing the support of societies and governments for decisive steps to fight and prevent corruption. The Dean also stressed that anti-corruption education and awareness raising initiatives and activities, particularly those implemented by IACA, can help focusing the attention of societies on the detrimental impact of corruption on almost every aspect of political, economic, and social life.
