The Dean of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), Professor Slagjana Taseva, met with Dr. Abdulhamid Alkhalifa, President of the OPEC Fund for International Development, at the Fund’s headquarters, to discuss shared priorities in the global fight against corruption. The meeting centered on enhancing efforts to promote transparency, accountability, and sustainable development - critical pillars for long-term social and economic progress.

The visit marks a significant step toward a strengthened partnership between IACA and the OPEC Fund. It paved the way for future collaboration, with both institutions committed to aligning their strategies and resources to support anti-corruption capacity-building and promote good governance, as well as to advancing integrity-based development initiatives across diverse regions.
