From 16 to 20 June 2025, the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), in close partnership with the Academy of Good Governance and Anti-Corruption Leadership (ABG-LAC), conducted a five-day Tailor-Made Training Programme on Good Governance and Anti-Corruption in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire.This second edition built on the momentum created by the April 2025 International Conference on the Fight Against Corruption and brought together 200 participants from public institutions, local authorities, and civil society organizations. The programme aimed to strengthen institutional capacities and translate high-level anti-corruption commitments into practical skills and strategies.

Delivered in four parallel groups of 50 participants each, the programme fostered a collaborative environment for sharing experiences, deepening understanding, and developing concrete approaches to promoting transparency and good governance within participants’ respective institutions.

A team of IACA lecturers, including Marie-Paule Ahoussou-Kouadio, Arthur Allan Graham, Drago Kos, Jacmen Kouakou, Mariame Krauer-Diaby, Katalin Pallai, Bagrou Désirée Pamah, and Elvio Salomon, guided participants through interactive sessions covering a wide range of topics. These included ethical leadership, corruption risk mitigation, whistleblower protection, public integrity management, and the application of regional and international anti-corruption instruments, such as the United Nations Convention against Corruption and the African Union Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption.
