The International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) is pleased to announce the launch of its one-year Mentorship Programme for fresh graduates or early-career professionals enrolled in its master’s programmes: the Master in Anti-Corruption Studies (MACS), International Master in Anti-Corruption Compliance and Collective Action (IMACC), and Máster en Estudios Anticorrupción  y Compliance (MACC - Spanish).

This initiative will provide additional support to students with little or no experience in anti-corruption or compliance, helping them develop the knowledge, confidence, and professional skills needed to succeed in their studies and future careers. By combining academic excellence, practical insights, and personalized mentorship, the IACA Mentorship Programme aims to build ethical leaders equipped to make a meaningful impact in the global fight against corruption.

The programme is open to students holding a bachelor’s or master’s  degree, admitted to one of IACA’s master’s programmes, and those who have less than three years of work experience or no background in the field. It runs in parallel with the first academic year and is scheduled around IACA’s module structure.

Group sessions focus on real-world cases, writing skills, and compliance scenarios, while individual sessions provide tailored academic and career guidance. Participation is available online or in person, with access to IACA’s learning platform.

An optional three-month internship, either at IACA or with external organizations, offers practical experience in addition. Mentorship participants will also gain access to IACA’s alumni network and virtual events, and those in Austria may additionally attend international conferences, subject to availability.

The programme will be launched in October 2025.
