On 28 August 2025, Eduard Ivanov, Acting Head of the Research and Analytics Department of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), participated as a speaker in the Webinar on Sport Integrity, organized by the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA). The webinar brought together distinguished speakers from the International Olympic Committee, and the Office of the Comptroller General, Brazil, and participants from anti-corruption authorities and sports organizations from different parts of the world.

Mr. Ivanov presented the outputs of the IACA’s research project on integrity and anti-corruption compliance in sport, provided participants with an overview of typologies and risks of corruption in sport and shared his views on the effective prevention strategies and activities.

He underlined the importance of the implementation of integrity and compliance programmes in sports organizations and invited all stakeholders to participate in the IACA’s open online training “Integrity and Anti-Corruption Compliance in Sports Organizations: Best Practices and effective Solutions”.
