H.E. Mr. Javier Enrique Caraballo Salazar, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Panama to the International Organizations in Vienna, presented his credentials to Professor Slagjana Taseva, Dean and Executive Secretary of IACA.

Both parties expressed strong interest in furthering cooperation between the Academy and the Republic of Panama, including  capacity-building initiatives for the Panamanian judicial sector.

Panama has been a Party to the Agreement for the Establishment of IACA as an International Organization since 17 February 2013.
