Between 21 and 22 October 2025, IACA delivered a two-day anti-corruption training for the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh.

The training brought together twenty-three participants and was led by expert Malika Parent-Aït-Mohamed. The primary objective of the training was to strengthen participants’ competencies and knowledge in  matters of integrity and anti-corruption compliance within the humanitarian aid sector.

Over the course of the programme, participants gained a deeper understanding of the aid context, examined corruption schemes specific to the aid sector, and discussed complex ethical dilemmas.  On the final day of the training, participants explored the topic of fraud, and corruption prevention, risk-based approaches, "speak up" culture, and effective integrity and anti-corruption compliance programmes. Interactive exercises and case study analyses further facilitated participants’ understanding and helped them apply the concepts in practice.
