On 28 January 2026, integrity professionals from Moldova conducted a study visit to the IACA campus in Laxenburg, where they met with Mr. Drago Kos, Interim Dean of IACA, and members of the IACA staff.

The delegation included representatives of Moldova’s National Anti-Corruption Centre, Ministry of Justice, National Integrity Authority, and Ministry of Defence. They were accompanied by officials from the Federal Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Austria and the Norwegian Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector (CIDS).

During the meeting, the work and organizational structure of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) were presented, together with an overview of the Academy’s current academic programmes, capacity-building trainings, and latest  latest initiatives, including the IACA Anti-Corruption Agency Effectiveness Dashboard.

Discussions focused on the importance of advancing anti-corruption efforts in the defence sector, as well as on global models for integrity officers and effective whistleblowing protection frameworks and mechanisms.
