The International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) and the PARI Training Institute LLP have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) further strengthening their collaboration in the field of anti-corruption and good governance.
By formalizing this partnership, IACA reaffirms its commitment to developing tailored, forward-looking training solutions for the Pari Training Institute and to strengthening international cooperation in addressing emerging corruption challenges in the digital era.
After signing the document, Mr. Drago Kos, the interim Dean of IACA said: “Cooperation across borders is essential in today’s fight against corruption. Our collaboration with PARI demonstrates how international expertise and national leadership can come together to strengthen institutional resilience. Through this partnership, we aim to support sustainable capacity-building efforts that reinforce ethical governance and long-term integrity systems.”

The MoU was signed in the margins of the Tailor-Made Leadership Training Programme on Anti-Corruption and Good Governance in the Era of AI, delivered at IACA’s premises in Laxenburg, Austria, from 23 to 27 February 2026.
The partnership between IACA and PARI Training Institute started in 2021 with the joint planning and design of tailor-made training programmes, which began to be delivered in 2024. So far, four batches of specialized Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training programmes have been implemented by both institutions, benefiting more than 40 senior and mid-level government officers drawn from across the spectrum of India's public institutions spanning Central Government Ministries, State Governments, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
During the last training, over the course of five days, the participants engaged in in-depth discussions on corruption and electronic evidence, examined the growing role of artificial intelligence in preventing and detecting corruption risks, and explored complex issues related to public procurement and ethical decision-making. The sessions combined academic expertise with practical insights and interactive exchanges, fostering meaningful dialogue and peer learning. The programme also included a visit to the Vienna International Centre, offering participants an additional perspective on international anti-corruption efforts and multilateral cooperation.
