From 5 to 6 May 2026, IACA delivered in Riyadh a two-day tailor-made training programme on Ethical Leadership for the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Nazaha).

The training brought together twenty-five participants and was led by Dr. Katalin Pallai, a renowned professional in the fields of ethics and organizational integrity management. The programme primarily focused on the topic of ethical leadership and decision-making. Over the course of six sessions, participants actively engaged with the lecturer and explored how the acquired insights could be applied to their daily work and professional challenges within their respective institutional context.

The training programme covered key topics related to ethical leadership and organizational integrity management. Participants reflected on how managers and employees make decisions, why ethical failures can occur, and possible implications of such failures on entire organizations. Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and real-life scenarios, the programme explored practical ways to support ethical behaviour and decision-making within organizations and highlighted the importance of ethical leadership in strengthening institutional integrity and accountability.
