From 15 to 16 September 2026, IACA delivered a two-day anti-corruption training programme in Riyadh for the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) of Saudi Arabia.
The training brought together 23 participants and was led by anti-corruption expert Richard Messick. The primary objective of the programme was to explore how corruption can be prevented by addressing its enablers.
Over the course of the programme, participants strengthened their understanding of the role of enablers, which then provided a solid framework for the topics addressed throughout the training. Building on this foundation, the sessions explored ways in which enablers contribute to financial secrecy as well as influence the relevant operating environment.
On the second day, participants examined the topics of exposing financial secrets and illicit flows and tracking down hidden money.
